Rental Bookings

Floatin uses a binary refund system - you either get a full refund or no refund, depending on when you cancel.

Three Policy Types

Set by equipment owners when listing their items:

What You Get Back

  • Within the cancellation window: Full refund of rental amount (excluding non-refundable booking fee)
  • Outside the cancellation window: No refund

Important Notes:

  • Booking fees is non-refundable
  • Once a rental has started, cancellation is not available
  • Unpaid bookings (reserved/approved but not paid) can always be cancelled before the rental start date
